Global Process Support Specialist - Finance

- Be the third line support person for M3 related Finance process issues, and in this role be the prime receiver of ServiceNow tickets and responsible to solve the issues independently or coordinate with team colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure short resolution times
- Assist with access management for Finance within M3 and BI-platforms, in accordance with rules related to segregation of duty and data confidentiality
- Participate in improvement and harvesting initiatives within the Finance process area
- Coach and support colleagues in the finance community to achieve maximum performance for Epiroc
- Continuously look for improvement opportunities in processes and ways of working, while using digitalization and modern tools like RPA and BPM as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies
- Ensure an excellent communication flow with all relevant stakeholders within Epiroc and with external partners
- Provide support for the core finance applications; BI access management, Blackline, Readsoft, ePayables and Esker
- Relevant University degree completed
- Broad experience of accounting in multinational companies
- 3-5 years' work experience in the finance area in a multinational organization is required
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good understanding of work flows, process steps and procedures within finance
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 tools like Outlook, Teams Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience from and good command in EPR system, reporting and consolidation application, Blackline, OCR-software and automation tools are meriting for this position
- People management potential; Very good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all company departments, with other Group colleagues and with third parties
