We are looking for an expert in SAP or ERP system with expertise in provisioning that can handle escalations and provide solutions across the global support team. Excellent soft skills, willingness to ‘jump-in’ to assist team members and solve challenging customer issues is necessary.Monitor Provisioning (Workflow) tickets globally.Provide guidance to team members or engage with customers directly to solve their issue via phone, remote session or email communication.Learn and become an expert in Provisioning and workflows within global support.Ability to troubleshoot, analyze and reverse engineer workflows to solve customer issues.Understand business requirements to construct, troubleshoot or guide on creation of workflows.Knowledge of HR processes to ask relevant questions to design, build or troubleshoot workflows.Perform queries on databases or database tables to solve complex issues.What You BringExperience with SAP Identity Management (IDM) or like.Experience with SAP Identity Authentication Services (IAS) or like.Understanding of identity provisioning workflows and user lifecycle management (provision, onboard, offboard users including relevant access such as but not limited to job roles).Experience writing complex database queries to troubleshoot and solve complex issues.Experience with role-based access and Segregation of Duties (SoD).Experience with LDAP and Active Directory.Understanding of SAP or like ERP system user administration or security frameworks.SAP or like ERP system experience and understanding of ‘transaction’ or user identifier codes.Ability to troubleshoot issues using logging and audit trails.Ability to work with global team members and customers from diverse cultures.Experience with mentoring team to overcome challenging areas.Strong English communication skills.Hiring ProcessWe utilize AI tools to enhance our hiring efficiency and ensure a fair evaluation of all candidates.
