- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Analytics and Reporting: Prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and recommend optimizations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, product development, and design to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Customer Engagement: Foster positive relationships with customers through effective communication and engagement initiatives. Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and publish content including posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform content strategy
- Stay current with social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices
- Support events, promotions, and product launches with online campaigns and live coverage
- Maintain and update the company website, official social media accounts, and marketing collateral as needed
- Assist Kambal Inasal franchisees with their marketing and social media needs
