Service Sales Engineer

• Promote and sell maintenance contracts and after-sales services for elevator and escalator systems.
• Conduct client visits and assessments to tailor service packages based on equipment needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers and facility owners.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure high service reliability and customer satisfaction.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development or technical sales within the construction industry
• Engineering graduates are preferred, particularly those with a background in Mechanical Engineering
• Residency near assigned area of coverage is preferred for ease of mobility and fieldwork
• Experience in HVAC or elevator systems is a strong advantage
