Enablement ExecutiveDepartment: Cyber Services and CapabilitiesEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: PHL ManilaDescriptionPosition Title: Enablement ExecutiveLocation: Taguig City, Metro Manila - 2 days per week onsiteRole PurposeThe Project Enablement Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting project teams and enhancing their capabilities through effective enablement initiatives. This role requires a blend of project management skills, training facilitation, and organizational development expertise to help teams achieve their goals and deliver successful outcomes.Summary

Monitor, resolve, and complete resources' timesheets per schedules for invoicing
Monitor and coordinate ongoing projects to ensure schedules and resources are met until projects get completed.
Manage the Forward Order Book (FOB) to accurately align remaining test days with project expectations.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, gathering feedback and making recommendations for improvement.

Additional Accountabilities:

Periodically review Request List scope and applicability and update to reflect current delivery trends.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management and enablement.
Coordinate the development and maintenance of project management templates, documentation, and knowledge repositories.
Assess project needs and develop tailored request list/project plans to be sent to clients in accordance with signed statement of work.
Set up NCC-client document exchange utilizing NCC Group's proprietary customer service portal and secure file exchange.

What we are looking for in you

Proven experience in project management, operations management, or organizational

development roles.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
A positive and proactive attitude towards taking responsibility and solving problems.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).

Desirable Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, organizational development, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
