If so, Dayforce Global Learning Services team is looking for a learning business analyst to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of our learning programs. As a learning business analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing performance expectations for various personas and developing programs that enable learners to unleash their potential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning management systems. The learning business analyst works closely with instructional designers, various stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure the delivery of comprehensive, engaging, and effective learning solutions that help achieve organizational goals and objectives.What you’ll get to do
  • Analyze performance gaps to identify training needs.
  • Research and analyze industry compliance requirements and technical documentation.
  • Consult with leadership to develop a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports organizational goals and aligns with industry best practices.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities within the organization.
  • Manage learning programs and courses with basic to intermediate levels of complexity.
  • Lead the design and development of a diverse range of learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, videos, and other creative solutions.
  • Partner with instructional designers to develop curriculum design strategies that meet learning needs with measurable learning outcomes and ensures course content is accurate, complete, and engaging.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into engaging and learner-centric content.
  • Ensure all learning materials are interactive, scalable, and meet the needs of various personas.
  • Confer with other learning business analysts to ensure course content aligns across audiences and modules.
  • Build and maintain training environments to ensure configuration aligns with current course content.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of new learning programs, including LMS set up, scheduling, logistics, communications, and participant registrations.
  • Design and maintain learning plans appropriate for varying roles or learner personas.
  • Communicate changes to course design and delivery to learning administrators, facilitators, and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for learning consultants and subject matter experts.
  • Analyze the effectiveness and impact of learning programs using data-driven metrics and feedback from participants, facilitators, and stakeholders.
  • Review learner feedback and LMS course analytics.
  • Evaluate post training performance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to determine training impact to organizational objectives.
  • Participate and contribute to internal Global Learning Services initiatives.
  • Provide input and suggestions on improvements to internal processes.
  • Participate in testing of new tools and technology.
Skills and experience we value
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, instructional design, or an education-related field, plus 2 – 5 years of experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working with learning management systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and experience in training needs analysis.
  • Effective organizational, consultative and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and web-conferencing tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and technologies.
  • Able to adapt to last minute changes and requests.
