At our company, every team member has the opportunity to contribute ideas that enhance efficiency and help shape the future of mobility.Job Responsibilities:Install GPS tracking devices in various types of vehiclesConfigure devices and troubleshoot technical issuesAnalyze root causes and resolve hardware/software problemsComplete installation and service documentation (forms, reports, logs, etc.)Investigate and resolve customer complaints through testing and diagnosticsMaintain customer trust by handling service information confidentiallyQualifications:Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Automotive or Electrical Technology or related coursesMinimum of 6 months to 1-year relevant work experience in a similar role as GPS Installer, Car Accessories Installer or Automotive/ ElectricalTechnician in a car/ truck dealership or in an automotive service center.Proficient in: Automotive systems, Electronics, Troubleshooting, Driving, Technical Analysis, and Client ServiceSkilled in developing effective and efficient work proceduresMust have a valid driver's license and owns a motorcycleWilling and able to conduct fieldwork across Isabela province and nearby areasWe offer the following:Regular status after probationaryMotorcycle allowanceGas/Mileage claimHealth Insurance/ HMOPaid overtime/ rest day overtimeIf you're a motivated technician who values precision, independence, and problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you.
