The Market Head will lead and manage Cash Management Sales Officers to make BPI the preferred business partner for Corporate and Business Banking Clients by providing access to online banking platforms and relevant Cash Management Solutions. Responsibilities Direct Sales Officers and collaborate with relationship management and branch partners to ensure efficient market coverage and product distribution, increasing market share. Supervises and guides Cash Management Sales Officers, ensuring initiatives align with plans and strategies, and support their career progression. Identifies market opportunities and develop sales and marketing activities to improve client engagement and market traction. Supports the development and rollout of new cash management services, provide feedback to the product group, pilot new services, and ensure successful product launches. Manages the assigned market, monitor progress in marketing initiatives, and ensure product growth. Collaborates with relationship management and branch partners to create strong client relationships and resolve client issues effectively. Performs other tasks or special projects as assigned by leadership.
