Recruitment Delivery Specialist - Tech (AU Recruitment Firm, WFH)

- Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment delivery, resourcing, or support
- Experience with technology recruitment or IT/commercial roles preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, JobAdder, Google Suite
- Confident conducting candidate screening interviews
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Comfortable working remotely with daily task visibility
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Seek, and other platforms
- Write and post job advertisements based on briefed role requirements
- Conduct structured phone/video screening interviews with candidates
- Prepare candidate shortlists and written summaries
- Format CVs to company template and ensure presentation consistency
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate availability
- Confirm interviews and provide logistics support to candidates
- Maintain ATS/CRM (e.g. JobAdder) and recruitment trackers
- Assist with reference checks and communication drafting as needed
