- The job requires working on local time zone 1:00pm-10:00pm for our African market. As a member in our Trainings and Conferences sales team, this role involves end-to-end client management including: online and phone research, telesales, record keeping, resolving client issues and building customer relationships.
- B2B telesales, contacting existing and potential attendees about conferences, events, training and other products and services.
- Qualify potential leads through effective research like phone calls, emails and other methods
- Build and maintain strong relationship with key decision-makers.
- Maintain regular engagement with clients ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs, requirements, inquiries and future plans.
- Collects client payment and ensure all clients accounts are up to date in their payment
- Work closely with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned region
