Timekeeper - Calamba Project

• Knowledgeable in manual timekeeping processing.
• Detail oriented on attendance related documents.
• Can be trained in other facets of Human Resources.
• Responsible for maintaining, updating, and monitoring employee work schedules.
• Weekly monitoring for employee work-time.
• Compile and submit data for weekly or biweekly payroll.
• Time records must also account for paid sick days, vacation, and overtime.
• Noticing and correcting any timekeeping errors committed by other employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can explain timekeeping systems to employees.
• Written language skills and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Vocational course graduate or any 4-year Bachelor's degree holder
• With at least 1-2 years working experience as Timekeeper in a Construction Industry.
• Must be residing around Calamba City, Laguna.
• Willing to start asap.
