Role description: This role is part of Arcadis' Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis' offices globally. We are seeking a Intermediate BIM Coordinator : For attending Project Team Meetings and communicating with Project Consultants. Produce, release and request packages. Role accountabilities: Coordinate BIM activities and communicate regularly with the BIM Manager, providing project status updates. Manage clash detection, coordination tasks and federated models using Navisworks and ACC. Ensure BIM workflows, models and drawings comply with BIM Standards, BIM Execution Plan and ISO 19650. Support architects and engineers in the effective use of BIM software and drawing standards. Perform QA/QC checks on BIM models and technical drawings. Mentor BIM Modellers and provide technical guidance when required. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent BIM-related technical qualification. Proficient with Autodesk BIM software Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks. At least 3 years of experience working in BIM-related jobs and production role. Experience working with BIM Document Review (BEP, Comp Catalogue, LOD), understanding roles and responsibilities, document management processes and standards(naming conventions, shared parameters, asset attributes list, transmittal record, etc.). Experience managing BIM models for quality control and review processes, creating and using templates and object libraries.
