Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve leveraging our global delivery capability to ensure successful project execution and managing the security operations team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. - Leverage our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets) to ensure successful project execution. - Manage the security operations team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make key decisions and drive project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Operations Management. - Strong understanding of security operations and management principles. - Experience in implementing and managing security services projects. - Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in security operations management. - Experience with security operations tools and technologies. - Experience in incident response and handling security incidents. - Experience in managing and leading security operations teams. - Solid grasp of risk management and mitigation strategies.
