Job Description:Salary: P60,000-P80,000 (Monthly Package)Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST)What are we looking for?Skills Required:

1 year of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant with an Australian law firm
Experience using LEAP legal software or other similar tools preferred.
Knowledge of the Australian legal system
Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook and Excel

Adaptable to changing priorities and demands

What will you do?

Managing business matters through email communication with clients
Interacting with clients - Serving as the primary contact person for clients, giving regular updates on case progress, addressing inquiries, and maintaining a professional and empathetic approach when working with individuals and families
Draft cost disclosures with lawyers' approval
Reviewing and organizing client files
Providing backend administrative support
Performing legal research - Conducting research on relevant legal matters, statutes, and regulations to assist attorneys in case preparation and strategy, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
