This role is critical in conducting comprehensive fact-finding investigations and interviews to gather relevant information for personal injury cases.Role OverviewAs a Discovery Paralegal at CoreBridge Solutions, you will be instrumental in uncovering crucial evidence and information to support our legal strategies. Your investigative prowess, analytical skills, and empathetic approach to interviews will directly contribute to our clients' success.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough fact-finding investigations related to personal injury cases using online databases, public records, and other resources.
- Perform detailed interviews with witnesses, clients, and other relevant parties, employing strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Analyze and synthesize information from investigations and interviews, determining its relevance to our legal strategies.
- Maintain meticulous records of findings, organizing evidence and documentation for attorney review.
- Utilize investigative tools and case management software to track progress and manage case details efficiently.
