We’re helping an investment and advisory firm find a Financial Analyst to support financial modeling, analysis, reporting, and client presentations. This is a unique opportunity to work directly on M&A, private equity, and venture capital projects while developing commercial insights that influence high-level decision-making. The role is designed for growth, with the potential to evolve into a more senior position over time.Part-Time: ~20 hours/week

Monthly Rate: Open, depending on level of experienceWhat You’ll DoBuild and maintain sophisticated financial models for investment and strategic projectsConduct in-depth financial analysis, interpreting complex data into actionable insightsPrepare detailed spreadsheets, balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial reportsCreate high-quality client presentations in PowerPoint to communicate strategies and recommendationsSupport financial reporting and internal documentationCollaborate on M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactionsApply a basic legal understanding of corporate and international structures in analysesPartner closely with the CEO to provide commercial insights and strategic inputWhat We’re Looking ForDegree/Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field5+ years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Venture CapitalAdvanced proficiency in financial modelingStrong grasp of accounting principles, balance sheets, and P&L statementsHighly skilled in Excel and PowerPointProficient in data analysis and financial reportingCommercially minded with strong business acumenExcellent communication and presentation skillsProactive, detail-oriented, and reliable with the highest integrityNice-to-HavesExperience working directly with founders, CEOs, or senior executivesExposure to international business structures and cross-border financeFamiliarity with financial due diligence processesRecruitment ProcessInitial InterviewClient InterviewOffer & OnboardingPowered by JazzHR
