This role involves managing client engagements, providing high-quality tax and accounting solutions, and supporting the development of junior team members. You will also play an active part in business development and collaboration across the firm.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert advice on Australian tax and accounting to a diverse client base, including SMEs, family-owned businesses, trusts, partnerships, subsidiaries, and small entities.Lead client engagements from planning to delivery, ensuring quality outcomes and client satisfaction.Mentor and coach junior team members while contributing to their professional growth.Develop and expand your expertise across tax compliance and advisory services.Participate in client presentations, senior meetings, and networking to support business development.Collaborate across the firm to deliver innovative and effective solutions for clients.Qualifications & Skills:Strong knowledge of Australian tax legislation and accounting standards.45 years of relevant experience in a corporate or professional services environment.CA or equivalent qualification (or working toward completion).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to build professional relationships and deliver high-quality client service.Initiative, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a changing business environment.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.If you are passionate about providing outstanding tax and business advisory services and are ready to take on a leadership role, wed love to hear from you!
