Duties & Responsibilities Receipt of Incoming Deliveries and Incoming Warehouse Inventory: Ensure all incoming deliveries are accurate Responsible in identifying location storage for items delivered Ensure all items Passed incoming inspection of QC Ensure Conditionally Accepted items are tagged and coordinated with QC (Warehouse tag should indicate when it will be completed) Storage Ensure that items inside the warehouse are with warehouse tag and easily identifiable Ensure that items are in its allocated storage location Ensure that safety stock level is maintained Responsible in ensuring incoming deliveries has space allocation Responsible in submission monthly monitoring report of slow moving, non-moving and non-conforming items for all warehouses. Picking Ensures that FIFO is implemented Warehouse Issuance to Production Ensures that Production Material items is complete and available (all parts) Ensures that all raw materials that needs to undergo second process is coordinated with QC and QIT Warehouse Issuance Stock Transfer To Province Ensures that IRS is served within the lead time Prepares IRS plan and proforma packing list Prepares IRS allocation plan (coordinates with VISMIN) Stock Transfer To Another Warehouse Responsible in coordination of stock transfer and refilling of Main warehouse safety stock level Ensure that items at all warehouses are accounted Ensure that items are in its allocated storage location Cycle Counting Ensure in performing cycle count schedules Updating of Records Ensure that Daily Actual inventory is tally with Excel monitoring and SBO record 5s Responsible in the implementation of 5S Improvement He will act as Team Leader of the assigned product line group He will be responsible in assigning functions of the team members to meet the operational requirements Responsible in attending pocket meeting and ensure that all related (product group) concern is addressed Responsible in making sure that KPIs are being met Ensure that SOP, Policies and Warehouse procedures are consistently implemented (e.g. stocking, receiving and issuances) Specific Knowledge and Skills Graduate of Engineering Course preferably Industrial Engineering. Must have minimum 3-5 yrs. experience in the same capacity. Planning & time management skills Leadership Analytical skills Presentation skills Written & oral communication skills.
