Specific Accountabilities/Responsibilities● Serve as a trusted guide for physicians
● Handle issues escalated beyond Tier 1
● Lead real-time walkthroughs via video or phone
● Resolve obstacles quickly and clearly
● Reinforce best practices for tool use
● Ensure smooth, low-friction transitions
● Provide strong, ongoing support to boost physician confidence
● Build strong relationships with physicians through trust and support
● Educate doctors on new tools in a calm, clear way
● Solve complex problems with a patient-first mindset
● Communicate effectively and empathetically
● Make every doctor feel heard, supported, and empoweredEducation/Experience/Skills Required● 1-2 years in client-facing success or support roles (SaaS or healthcare preferred)
● Excellent verbal communication, especially in virtual settings
● Confidence leading one-on-one doctor walkthroughs via video/phone
● Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
● Experience using CRM and ticketing systems to manage customer journeysHelpful Skills● Previous success in onboarding or training role
● Understanding of healthcare workflows or AI platforms
● Experience supporting physicians or clinical teams
