FunctionOperations: Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, UtilitiesJob DescriptionYour Responsibilities

Set up and operate extrusion machinery
Maintain extrusion machinery and keep it running efficiently
Monitor the output of extruded materials and adjust settings to ensure quality
Perform routine inspections and log results
Perform replacement of worn dies
Optimize speed of extrusion
Set controls to regulate steam, air pressure, sizing rings, and temperature
Locate defects on extruded products
Performs quality in process monitoring (Moisture content, kibble sizes, etc.)
Ensure safety protocols are followed
Ensure compliance to GMP and HCCP requirements
Ensure 100% safety engagement

Your Profile

Proficiency with hand tools
Ability to read and follow instructions
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to read and interpret process flow and diagram
Good communication skills
Organization skills
Knowledge of safety rules and regulations
Keen to Details
Minimum 1 year experience as extruder operator
