Job Overview The Multimedia Artist is responsible for transforming client brand strategies into engaging high impact digital content for social media and other digital platforms. This role involves creating and executing a diverse range of assets, including static graphics, motion graphics, videos, and GIFs to effectively communicate the client's messaging, products, and services to consumers, ultimately driving brand awareness and rapid audience impact. In addition, the role includes guiding junior artists and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and standards. Duties And Responsibilities Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations. Conduct thorough research to ensure designs, models, and concepts are realistic, visually accurate, and strategically aligned with project goals. Design and produce a variety of digital materials including static graphics, GIFs, short videos, and motion graphics that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Develop original visual assets such as illustrations and infographics, contributing innovative ideas to improve the clarity, usability, and overall impact of digital products. Edit and mix audio tracks according to project requirements to ensure high-quality sound for digital content. Guide junior artists by reviewing their work, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring all outputs meet high quality standards. Work closely with the Creatives and Accounts teams to align on project goals. Incorporate feedback from team members to refine designs and deliverables. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing projects by applying effective typography, refining images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software. Prepare internal job orders and related documentation to keep Account Managers updated on project progress and completed deliverables. Educational Background And Competencies Needed Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design or a related field At least 2-3 years of experience as a Multimedia Artist Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Basic knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and XD. Familiarity with CapCut Organize and maintain design files, templates, and libraries for team-wide use. Balance multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Ensure assets are properly named, stored, and version-controlled for easy access and collaboration
