- Managing and developing marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers.
- Responsible in researching and developing marketing strategies and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels including websites and social media accounts, creating brochures, and designing promotional materials to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Overseeing digital marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing and online advertising, and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Utilize search engine optimization and search engine marketing strategies to enhance online visibility and lead generation.
- Manage and enhance the brand image of the company and implement consistent branding across all marketing materials and communication channels includes managing the company’s brand guidelines, overseeing brand communication and maintaining brand reputation.
- Ensure that content effectively communicates the unique selling proportions of each property.
- Assists in the development and implementation of promotion and advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Prepares marketing and other relevant information for prospective buyers.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize attendance and lead generation at events.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to provide marketing support and materials that align with their needs. Involve in creating sales presentations, and assisting with sales events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify and distribute leads effectively.
- Build a relationship with clients, partners such as media outlets and industry influencers to foster positive business relationships. Involve in attending industry events, networking and providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in BSBA in Marketing Management
- Open for fresh graduates
- Having experience in handling marketing events and campaigns is advantageous.
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge in branding, how to use graphic design and Adobe Photoshop, and familiarity with digital marketing trends in social media (TikTok and Instagram) and email marketing.
- The ability to work under pressure.
