
Customer Success Representative

- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention
- Guide new customers through onboarding and ensure a successful implementation of our product/service
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions or escalate appropriately
- Monitor customer health metrics and usage trends to identify risk or growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support, Marketing) to resolve customer issues and relay feedback
- Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with key accounts
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Advocate for the customer internally and contribute to a customer-centric culture
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, support, or a similar client-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Empathetic, customer-first mindset with a passion for helping people
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
- Experience with CRM and customer success tools is a plus (e.g., Zendesk, Gainsight, Intercom)
- Preferred: Experience in using Zoho Suite, Zoho Desk, Zoho Click, or similar tools, and CRM tools.
