Functions and Responsibilities: 1. Receives and logs incoming communications 2. Delivers documents/communications to different CO offices 3. Assists in the management of SMS central files 4. Reproduces information materials and other official communications 5. Transmits through fax and/or email memos, letters and other important documents to FOs and other agencies 6. Assists in encoding office communication 7. Receives/place calls and 8. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Director. JOB OUTPUTS 1. Updated data monitoring system 2.
