In this position, your chief responsibility is to preserve the excellent condition and functionality of our business premises. Your duties will include conducting quality assessments, scheduling repairs, maintaining inventory, and developing preventative maintenance procedures.Duties and Responsibilities:

Directly report to property engineer and property manager.
Responsible and accountable for all the maintenance crew in the building.
Supervises and directs all activities making sure that they conform to quality and safe procedures.
Can work with any maintenance crew if needed regardless of what his job description for support only.
Responsible and accountable for efficient manpower distribution and to ensure that all work orders are being carried out on time and that full completion complies to safe and standard procedures.
To be able work in place of any of the maintenance crew as required.
To be able diagnose and interpret operation and maintenance log sheets and equipment history and to recommend appropriate measures to obtain satisfactory result to attainment of the main objective to keep all machineries and equipment in top condition, reliable and available at all times.
To keep them updated at all times.
To be able to forecast or to predict impending machinery failure and to be able to prepare the requirement and ensure availability such as parts and consumables ahead.
To implement preventive Maintenance activities (AC and equipment) as per stated standard procedure and guidelines.
Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior/manager from time to time.

Qualifications

At least high school graduate/ ALS Passer
Physically Fit to work
With at least 6 months similar experience knowlegeable in carpentry, painting, building, maintenance, safe operation of basic hand and power tools
With workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures.
