Job Functions: Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications. Create process flow diagrams to visualize operations and system interactions. Collaborate with development and solutions teams on system functionalities and enhancements. Support project planning, timelines, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Track project issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure stakeholder alignment. Assist in post-project reviews and continuous process improvement. Guide and support junior analysts when needed. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field. 0-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or similar roles (fresh graduates welcome). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and documentation tools. Ability to work independently and in teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and follow project timelines. Bonus: experience in software implementation, system integration, or process documentation.
