  • Lead the design of distribution systems, both overhead and underground.
  • Manage technical scope, prepare drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and ensure timely delivery within budget
  • Manage design stakeholders to further best-for-project outcomes. Lead technical delivery teams.
  • Work in close collaboration with colleagues across service lines.
  • Plan, lead and coordinate resources and ensure project technical & commercial outcomes and client expectations are met.
  • Communicate with clients about current work and future needs, provide timely updates on project progress.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior engineers.
  • Developing the team, contributing to keeping team knowledge up to date with technical, regulatory and industry trends.
What You'll Do:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  • Minimum 8 years in power distribution engineering design.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, MicroStation, Poles n Wires, LV Design Analysis.
  • Experience in a consulting or utility environment is advantageous, especially with proposal preparation and mentoring juniors.
