LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS WHO ARE PHILIPPINES-BASED CANDIDATESPosition : WordPress DeveloperWorking Schedule : 8-5 or 9-6 PSTSalary Range : $1500-$2500 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will be responsible for building customized themes, plugins, and solutions while ensuring sites are fast, secure, and scalable.Key Responsibilities
  • Convert design files (Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, etc.) into responsive WordPress pages
  • Develop and customize WordPress themes and templates
  • Write clean, maintainable code in PHP, HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript
  • Build and test payment carts, integrations, and user flows (e.g. in ThriveCart)
  • Ensure compatibility across devices and browsers
  • Assist with website performance, optimization, and basic troubleshooting
  • Document solved problems, workflows, and processes in Notion
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of proven experience with WordPress theme and plugin development and web development more generally
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript
  • Familiarity with Node.js build tools (npm, webpack, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (basic image export, slicing, optimization)
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow brand/design guidelines
Nice to Have / PlusWordPress & Marketing Tools
  • Experience with Elementor or similar WordPress plugins
  • Familiarity with Leadpages, Shopify, Kit (ConvertKit), Survicate, Wistia, Zendesk
Automation & Development
  • Experience with Zapier or similar automation tools
  • Familiarity with React and modern frontend frameworks
  • Some knowledge of Python (especially for scripts/APIs)
  • Understanding of version control (Git)
Infrastructure & Hosting
  • Exposure to platforms like WP Engine, Cloudflare, Digital Ocean
  • Familiarity with AWS (S3/CloudFront uploads)
Analytics & Productivity
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Comfortable working with Notion for knowledge management
