Job Description: UI/UX Designer (with Figma Expertise) Company: Zevra Inc Position: UI/UX Designer Location: Remote / Hybrid (depending on client/project needs) Schedule: Full-time, 9 AM - 5 PM Role Overview Zevra Inc is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in Figma to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including developers, product managers, and marketing-to translate business requirements into engaging interfaces that enhance usability and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma (wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes) Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries Create responsive designs optimized for web and mobile platforms Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices Required Qualifications Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects Advanced proficiency in Figma (including auto-layout, components, prototyping, and design systems) Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards Experience conducting user research and usability testing Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts Familiarity with other design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop) Experience working in agile environments with product and engineering teams Background in branding, motion design, or graphic design is a plus
