In this role, you’ll own key reporting processes, ensure data accuracy, and deliver insights that drive smarter marketing decisions. 🔑 Core Responsibilities

Own and manage the bi-weekly reporting process: refresh, validate, and distribute reports with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
Build and refine dashboards and data views to support marketing initiatives and enable self-serve insights.
Conduct ad hoc analyses (e.g., new merchants, cuisines, referral categories) to support decision-making.
Partner with marketing leads to provide weekly reporting summaries and actionable insights.

✅ Must-Haves

Intermediate–Advanced SQL: able to write and modify queries in Mode, Snowflake, or similar environments.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets: proficient with pivot tables/charts, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, nested formulas.
Data Visualization: ability to interpret and maintain dashboards in Sigma/Tableau/Looker Studio (bonus if you can build new views).
Excellent numerical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
Clear communication skills and ability to manage tasks independently.
Comfortable working 9 AM – 6 PM PST.
