Your role As an Account Coordinator , you will: Make outbound calls to warm and recent prospects. Respond promptly to inbound calls, texts, emails, and chats. Educate homeowners about our product, pricing, and application steps. Respond and support our homeowners in the following scenarios Questions, concerns and feedback Providing updates to application status Underwriting requests Distributing leads among Account Managers Contribute to pilot programs and conversion-focused initiatives. Assist in creating SOPs, manuals, and workflows. Help onboard new team members via shadowing sessions. Track and report key data for team dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly). Conduct QA checks and help monitor team calls.
