KDCI Outsourcing is currently seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level Web & Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a web and graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our clients' websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms. You will work closely with our project managers, developers, and clients to understand their design requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet their business objectives. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients and client services managers to understand design requirements and project objectives. Develop innovative and compelling graphic designs, landing pages, UI/UX, and multimedia elements that adhere to brand guidelines. Create and maintain design assets, such as icons, banners, and graphics for use across various platforms. Conduct thorough design research and stay updated with industry trends to incorporate cutting-edge design elements into projects. Review and provide feedback to junior designers, guiding them to improve their skills and produce exceptional work. Present design concepts and ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders, addressing feedback and iterating designs as needed. Manage multiple design projects and meet project deadlines. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in web design, graphic design, and multimedia creation. Experience working in an agency or creative outsourcing environment is preferred. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including web design and multimedia elements. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other relevant design tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Solid understanding of branding design principles. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure. Candidate must be willing to work on Hybrid arrangement. Candidate must be willing to work on a Shifting schedule. Candidate must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig.
