
Technical Interviewer (Americas & EMEA Shift)

- Conduct thorough, structured technical interviews for candidates across the Americas and EMEA regions via video conferencing.
- Evaluate candidates' technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit for roles within global IT support and infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the technical requirements for various positions, including required competencies in hardware, software, networking, and systems administration.
- Create and update technical interview questions, coding challenges (if applicable), and practical tests relevant to real-world scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition partners and hiring managers in different time zones to calibrate on candidate feedback and ensure a seamless interview process.
- Provide detailed, objective, and actionable feedback on candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) within a timely manner.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Excis, providing a positive and professional candidate experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following roles: IT Support Engineer, Systems Administrator, Network Engineer, Datacenter Technician, or a similar hands-on technical position.
- Proven experience conducting technical interviews or providing significant input in the technical hiring process.
- In-depth, practical knowledge of core IT concepts:
- Desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
- Windows/MacOS/Linux operating systems.
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Active Directory and user account management.
- Remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess technical competency without intimidation.
- High level of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must be available to work a shift that covers standard business hours in the Americas (e.g., 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM CET or 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM CET).
