- Works with Marketing to identify and develop sales leads.
- Nurtures leads into qualified opportunities.
- Takes charge of pre-sales efforts, including the creation of a value proposition, the preparation of the proposal and the negotiation process.
- Takes charge of closing and finalizing commercial documentation.
- Acts as a solutions consultant whenever possible.
- Develops a strong relationship with our Customers.
- Monitors and assists the Delivery Team during the engagement period.
- Reports status of pipelines and funnels on a periodic basis.
- Responsible for the revenue and business growth of the verticals being covered.
- Responsible for acquiring new customers and growing them.
- Provides management with customer feedback ad market intelligence.
