This is a high-ownership operations role for someone who is extremely organized, tech-savvy, and proactive. You will manage inventory planning, forecasting, production scheduling, and operational coordination while communicating clearly with U.S. customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. You should be excellent at written communication, structured problem-solving, and visually summarizing issues and solutions for leadership.Operations, Planning & Forecastingâ—Ź Own inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment for short shelf-life productsâ—Ź Build and maintain production schedules and demand forecastsâ—Ź Track inventory levels, rate of sale, yields, expirations, and risk flagsâ—Ź Identify operational risks early (stock-outs, excess inventory, aging product)Systems & Data Managementâ—Ź Own and manage Airtable as the core operations systemâ—Ź Maintain clean, accurate, and structured operational dataâ—Ź Build dashboards, trackers, and workflows using Airtable and Excelâ—Ź Present data clearly and visually to summarize issues and proposed solutionsCommunication & Coordinationâ—Ź Manage operational communication with U.S. customers, distributors, and partnersâ—Ź Handle emails, follow-ups, timelines, and coordination with a high level of professionalismâ—Ź Clearly summarize problems, root causes, and recommended actions for leadershipâ—Ź Support customer service and order-related coordination as neededTech & Automationâ—Ź Use AI tools (ChatGPT and similar) to improve workflows, communication, and analysisâ—Ź Be highly tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new tools and systems quicklyâ—Ź Continuously improve operational processes and documentationGeneral Startup Supportâ—Ź Operate with a high sense of ownership and accountabilityâ—Ź Be proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced startup environmentâ—Ź Support cross-functional needs as the business scalesRequirementsMust-Haveâ—Ź Prior experience in an operations-focused role (inventory, supply chain, planning, or forecasting)â—Ź Experience managing short shelf-life or perishable inventoryâ—Ź Hands-on experience working with Airtableâ—Ź Experience working with U.S. customers and U.S.-based clientsâ—Ź Excellent written and spoken English (emails, summaries, presentations)â—Ź Strong Excel skills (forecasting, planning, tracking)â—Ź Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and proactiveâ—Ź Highly tech-savvy, comfortable using AI tools and modern softwareâ—Ź Comfortable working US Central Time hoursNice-to-Haveâ—Ź Experience in food, CPG, manufacturing, or consumer productsâ—Ź Startup or high-growth company experienceâ—Ź Familiarity with inventory forecasting, production planning, or demand planning systemsBenefitsHireframe provides nearshore and offshore staffing solutions, operating as a remote-first organization with team members located in the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines.
