Operations Manager

• Direct and manage the daily operations of all cart an kiosk units, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead a team of Area Supervisors and frontline staff, providing coaching and development to foster a culture of high performance and customer-centric service

• Ensure adherence to operational standards, including safety and sanitation protocols, to maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and employees
• Implement Best Practices and operational guidelines to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency

• Work closely with various departments such as Marketing, Research & Development, Human Resources, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, and accounting to align operational strategies with organizational goals

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps and enhance overall business outcomes

• Champion innovative ideas to improve customer experience, including enhancements in store design and product offerings
• Stay abreast of industry trends and customer preferences to ensure the company remains competitive and relevant in the market
