Learn more about us at .About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Business Application Support Analyst to lead Production Operations and Service Delivery for Order-to-Cash (O2C) systems and critical enterprise applications.This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, stability, and performance of systems supporting billing, invoicing, collections, and financial operations across global regions. You will collaborate across technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver seamless, high-quality service.Key Responsibilities
  • Support SAP S/4HANA, Siebel, and enterprise systems
  • Troubleshoot incidents and manage production issues
  • Ensure smooth billing, invoicing, and collections processes
  • Manage tickets via ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Collaborate with IT, business teams, and vendors
  • Drive process improvements and automation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in Application Support or IT Service Delivery
  • Strong expertise in enterprise and legacy application environments
  • Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Siebel, and Order-to-Cash processes
  • Experience with application integration, databases, and hybrid infrastructures
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices (certification preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, and global teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Skills & Tools
  • ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms
  • SAP S/4HANA, Siebel, PeopleSoft
  • Power BI and enterprise reporting tools
  • Azure, on-prem, and mainframe environments
