Leads the delivery of credit and collections services to the concerned business units and partners; ensures that all processes, transactions, targets, and decisions adhere to established Bank policies and that required turnaround times (TAT) are met. Creates and implements relevant process improvements, systems enhancements, strategies and plans for the credit and collections group. Reviews, analyzes reports and proposals for consumer and commercial and provides appropriate recommendations and/or credit decisions within approved credit authority/limits, as applicable. Supervises and trains assistants and officers Collaborates with service providers to ensure that set goals are attained. Manages external agencies according to the agreed terms and conditions of the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Collaborations with the Division Head and Group Head on the development and implementation of budget for CCG-related projects. Act as Risk Delegate or Risk Delegate Alternate (if appointed) and performs the functions as such in accordance with established polies of the Bank, and as may be determined by Risk Management Office.
