ABOUT THE ROLE:As a SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions to meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions that enhance collaboration, streamline processes, and improve productivity.RESPONSIBILITIES:

develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint solutions, including intranet portals, document management systems, workflow automation, and collaboration tools.
design and implement SharePoint site architecture, layouts, and navigation to optimize user experience and accessibility.
configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to support business requirements.
integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems and applications as needed.
develop custom web parts, forms, and solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and propose technical solutions.
provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing SharePoint solutions.
stay current with SharePoint and Office 365 updates, features, and best practices
perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
On day one, we’ll expect you to..

have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
have proven experience as a SharePoint Developer or similar role.
Be proficient in SharePoint development tools and technologies, including SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and PowerShell.
possess strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site hierarchy, security model, and best practices.
have experience with Office 365 Tools: Exchange, Groups, SharePoint, Planner, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerApps, SharePoint workflows and approvals, To Do
be familiar with Office 365 services and integration capabilities.
have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties
be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer
be a current resident of the Philippines and can perform work from there
be willing to work in US Pacific Time (8:00am-5:00pm PST) corresponding to 00:00am -9:00am PH time)

Nice to have

Microsoft certifications in SharePoint or related technologies.
Experience with SharePoint migration projects.
Knowledge of SharePoint governance, compliance, and information management.
