Description We are seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our team in SEA. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Document customer interactions and solutions in the support ticketing system. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues. Educate customers on product features and best practices. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily. Participate in training sessions to improve technical knowledge and customer service skills. Skills and Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role. Strong understanding of computer hardware and software, including operating systems and applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with customer support ticketing systems and remote support tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing excellent service.
