Location:Ortigas, Pasig CityJob Summary:The Procurement Engineer is responsible for the creation of contracts, execution and analysis of category plans and strategies to maximize financial and operational performance while minimizing exposure to risks on the following areas but not limited to:

Sub-Transmission lines
Distribution lines
Substation
Power System Protection
Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)
Substation and Distribution Metering,
Electrical-Mechanical-Chemical Testing
System Control

Responsibilities:

Facilitates contract creation, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk
Contract Management and Selection of Vendors
Facilitates the Evaluation of bids / tender of vendors
Validation and releasing of Purchase Order
Negotiates contract terms and conditions
Collaborates with various offices in the implementation of Company Policies and Guidelines on Supply Chain Management

Qualifications:

Must be a Licensed Electrical/ Civil/ Mechanical Engineer
Ability to collaborate with other offices, business units of the organization, organizing and planning exercises and/or horizontal join effort activities
Demonstrated skill in creating and maintaining database and working with spreadsheets and complex models
Has good business communication skills
Exhibits integrity and has good moral character
Preferable with progressive experience in supply chain management roles
Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)
