What you will do: The Executive Director of Sales & Marketing, Revenue, Call Center & Reservations is responsible for leading and managing the department covering Revenue, Rooms and Events Sales, Call Center & Reservations operations. He/She may be responsible for different tasks including but not limited to developing revenue strategies, strengthening network of hotel partners and leads, recruiting and training of staff, overseeing department's daily operations, as well as ensuring delivery of the highest quality of service to the guests of LET Westside Integrated Resort. Manages and oversees the operations of the entire Sales & Marketing, Revenue, and Call Center & Reservations departments. Spearheads the search for potential leads and business partners. Builds the marketing plan for the hotel to include sales targets based on market analysis. Leads the development of the business plan, including the financial budget, as well as providing directions on the key operating principals. Develops, formulates, and recommends policies and procedures to ensure better understanding and efficiency of work. Expands new customer acquisitions and manage contacts with existing Guests and key contacts. Organize comprehensive information to existing and potential customers with regards to the product range offered by the hotel, with the aid of the relevant sales resources and sales channels. Set KPI targets for the team to follow through. Identifies and handles Hotel VIPs and ensure that all requirements are met. Produces accurate forecast on weekly and monthly basis (frequency determined by hotel controller) for the hotel. Drives Market Share and Revenue Performance through proper pricing and mix management. What we need: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline Extensive experience in senior executive positions in a hotel and/or Sales environment. Extensive knowledge in Sales, revenue, and reservations. Computer literate. Proficient knowledge in different Sales system. Excellent communication skills both in written and spoken. Additional language (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) is an advantage. Possess good interpersonal skills and constantly presents himself/herself in a professional demeanor.
