Billing Analyst

• Ability to manage complex customer operational and billing issues
• Ability lead, manage and drive multiple projects to ensure successful completion
• Has a deep understanding of GNS post order billing corrections

• Generate invoice report and AR activity and use this information to identify and address invoicing discrepancies.
• Provide training and guidance to newly hired billing analyst on implementation of SOPs and best billing practices and strategies.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by gNS Customer Experience Team

• Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF/THEN statements, etc.)
• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications, especially Word, PowerPoint and Access
• Familiarity with business intelligence applications and relational databases;
• SQL is a plus Knowledge, GCRM, Peoplesoft, Power Invoice, and My Lexis

• Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in Finance or Business or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Fulfillment and billing setting
• Strong Project Management Skills
• Yellow Belt Certified is an advantage
• Communication and presentation Skills

• Must be in current role for 1 year
• Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months
• Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 month
• Must have a Successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance cycle
