- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving complaints or issues efficiently.
- Promote and recommend products or services based on customer needs, driving sales through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Schedule appointments and assist customers with navigating the companys services via the website.
- Follow up on leads generated through outbound calls, qualifying potential customers, and closing sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Accurately input and update customer information in CRM software, ensuring all interactions are documented for future reference.
- Creates and maintains detailed reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive to track sales performance, customer interactions, and service levels.
- Meet or exceed sales and customer service performance targets set by the company, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Work collaboratively with the sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent customer experience and support business objectives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the customer service and sales team.
