WORK SCOPEEstablish and maintain corporate environmental policies, standards, and minimum requirements applicable across all TBG assetsProvide governance oversight for compliance with ECCs, PTOs, hazardous waste requirements, SMR/CMR submissions, and other DENR permitsLead and continuously improve the corporate Environmental Management System (ISO 14001-aligned)Develop and maintain the enterprise environmental risk register and ensure risk controls are implemented at site levelGovern environmental incident reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action effectivenessProvide environmental leadership for new and emerging technologies (e.g., BESS) including permitting readiness and risk assessmentConduct or govern internal environmental audits and management reviewsMonitor regulatory developments and assess impact to TBG operationsProvide technical guidance and mentoring to site and regional environmental personnelSupport ESG, sustainability, and environmental performance reportingSupport due diligence activities for acquisitions, expansions, or major projectsParticipate in regulator, LGU, and stakeholder engagements when requiredSupport site-level environmental officers during inspections, investigations, and compliance challengesQUALIFICATIONAt least 5 years in a senior, regional, or corporate environmental roleDemonstrated experience managing multi-site operations and engaging regulatorsBachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplineMaster's Degree is an advantageDENR-accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO) -
