Learn more at and on and .The PES (Personal Electronics Solutions) Team under Consumer Business Unit is seeking a Test Engineer - Product Development (P3 level) to join the Team in General Trias, Cavite.This role is responsible for developing and sustaining Automated Test Equipment (ATE) solutions for Consumer IC products, with a focus on high-quality, cost-efficient testing to support volume manufacturing.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain test solutions for PES IC products.
  • Work with design engineers in defining/developing test methodologies, test plans, test modes, SCAN and IDDq test.
  • Design, implement, and debug test hardware and software on SPEA and Teradyne MicroFlex/FLEX testers (preferred).
  • Debugging test programs, correlating production test solutions to engineering bench measurements, and transferring production test solutions to offshore, high-volume manufacturing sites.
  • Define test hardware requirements, review schematics, and coordinate with PCB layout engineers.
  • Provide engineering support to production operations to maintain yield, quality, and resolve test-related issues.
  • Document and present test results, reports, and technical updates to stakeholders.
  • Resourceful team contributor who takes ownership and works effectively to achieve project objectives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Graduate with a BS in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
  • 3–5-year experience in Test Engineering.
  • A good foundation in electronic circuit design and analysis
  • Hands-on experience with SPEA testers and/or Teradyne MicroFlex/FLEX platforms is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of analog/digital circuits and proficiency in C/C++ or Visual Basic programming.
  • Familiarity with test hardware design and schematic/layout tools (Cadence Allegro).
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
