Our goal is to create fulfilling job opportunities for professionals around the world.We’re looking for a detail-oriented, fast-moving Outbound SDR Copywriting Specialist to write short, personalized cold emails for outbound campaigns and join our client in a tech sales job search service company based in the U.S. These will include both:
  • Custom openers based on the contact’s LinkedIn profile, and
  • A brief highlight reel showing the candidate’s top metrics, wins, and relevant experience.
This is a volume-driven, quality-first writing role, where your work directly contributes to the candidates' landing interviews. Every line you write should feel authentic, not templated, and tailored to the contact based on details you scrape from their LinkedIn profile.Key Responsibilities:
  • Write 60–90 personalized cold emails/day (~300–450/week) based on LinkedIn profiles.
  • Ensure every opener is authentic, conversational, and tailored to the recipient.
  • Maintain a steady, 8-hour/day workflow, balancing speed and quality.
  • Collaborate with the outreach team to refine messaging that drives responses.
  • Continuously improve performance by learning from reply-rate data and team feedback.
Requirements
  • Excellent written English with a natural, human tone.
  • Detail-oriented and fast without cutting corners.
  • Enjoys writing that drives measurable results (reply rates and interviews).
  • Comfortable working toward clear daily and weekly targets while maintaining high quality.
  • Understands what makes an email worth replying to (SDR, sales, or cold outreach experience a big plus).
  • Willing to work during US business hours.
