The Portfolio and Digital Success Leader manages the team of Portfolio Success Managers and Digital Success Managers in the Philippines and act as the onsite resource capable of monitoring the team in terms of performance and concerns. Responsibilities Prepare timely financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Monitor financial performance and identify improvement opportunities. Maintain accurate general ledger and financial data. Assist with audits and ensure tax compliance and filings. Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial insights. Develop financial models and dashboards for reporting. Drive process improvements for operational efficiency. Manage fixed assets, treasury, payroll, invoicing, AP/AR. Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and queries. Skills And Experience Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA preferred Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience Proficient in SAGE, NetSuite, MYOB, and global banking platforms Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes and commercial analysis Experience in Australian taxation and payroll Advanced Excel skills and solid command of MS Office Effective communicator with strong attention to detail and timeliness Behaviors Strong interpersonal and communication, written and verbal skill.
