- Act as a primary point of contact for our community members, providing exceptional support and responding to their inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Engage with community members through various channels, such as email, social media, and online forums, to foster connections and facilitate knowledge exchange.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating educational programs, conferences, and networking events for Business Events Strategists.
- Contribute to the creation and dissemination of educational resources, market intelligence, and industry insights to keep our community members informed and empowered.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to promote client's offerings and increase community engagement.
- Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and publish content aligned with brand guidelines, in close coordination with the events team and leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the business events sector to provide valuable guidance and support to our community members.
- Proven experience in community engagement, customer support, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse individuals and organizations.
- Passion for the business events sector and a desire to contribute to its growth and development.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, social media, and online communities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the business events industry and experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
- Experience creating professional, on-brand content for social media, email, and community platforms.Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva or similar design platforms.
- Familiarity with content planning and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
