- Manage multiple simultaneously scheduled projects (the Program) within specified schedule and budget.
- Monitor overall progress of the Program, resolve issues and initiate corrective action as appropriate Report progress of the Program at regular intervals to the client and PMO Director
- Manage the Program's budget, monitor expenditures and costs against delivered and realized benefits.
- Serve as primary point of contact and client interface for all projects within the Program, develop strong relationships and manage client expectations.
- Lead workshops to gather clients’ requirements and translate them into project scope and deliverables Collect and consolidate requirements for client's existing and/or new business processes.
- Bachelor's Degree required, Advanced Degree preferred in MIS, Business Intelligence, MBA or equivalent experience.
- Excellence in written and oral communication skills.
- High Level of critical thinking and judgement exercised daily.
- Maintain a “can do” mentality with the ability to take charge with minimal information.
- Knows how to engage a client for sales or solution that best fits their organization and culture with limited knowledge.
